We just wanted to send you an email to thank you for your AMAZING food on Saturday night. The food was delicious and there was not one hungry person in the room. Every guest we spoke to commented on how delicious and tender the meat was and fresh the veggies were- not to mention the canapes (especially the Bruschetta). We were running a little behind but you and your staff were absolute professionals and the evening could not have run any smoother from our end because of you guys. your wait staff were helpful, friendly and ensured the bridal party were well fed and looked after. I even had several people say "best wedding food they'd ever had". Everything was hot and fresh, and the canapes were to die for, because I ate most of the bridal party canapes, they were just to good.
