He worked in country hotels and restaurants in Wales and then moved to one of the largest hotels in the heart of London and then progressed to one of London's busiest celebrity restaurants "The Ivy".After moving to Sydney Marc worked with exclusive catering companies servicing the boardrooms of Australia's biggest companies, major racecourse events and convention centres.

 

His experience and wealth of knowledge will ensure your function is in safe hands.
